Great customer service from the whole team - the admin girls are always so lovely & helpful & the install guys are friendly & easy to deal with. I've had a few times where they were able to complete jobs for me on short notice & I was not once made to feel like it was a problem, which is so appreciated. They have always been so accommodating and helpful each time, hence being a repeat customer!
Needed to put off the job and it wasn't a problem for them, they were more than happy to assist with the time I needed the job done and the price was more than fair.......thanks guys
Massive 5 stars to R & D Glass on the install they did for my elderly Dad. The doors are amazing, the price was great. They were there to do a quote within a few days of ringing. He is certainly a lot safer in his home now!!!!!!!
Did my research before heading to R & D Glass. They were $30 cheaper than all the businesses in Dubbo and I didn’t have to travel. Shout out to Zoe, she’s friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Hope her bosses do all they can to keep her in their business.
R&D were prompt with providing us a quote. They had great communication during and after the installation. There admin staff and tradesmen were very helpful and professional. They installed a showerscreen and two exterior sliding doors for us, we are very happy with the work. I can highly recommend them and we will definitely be getting them back to do more at our house.
