We've used them as the electrical contractor on several commercial buildings in the past and have always had issues with the quality of work, getting them back onsite to make warranty repairs, etc. The owner has no concept of customer service - he has a bad habit of being rude to customers and relies on "rent-a-drunk" temp labor which results in shoddy work that he then refuses to repair.
