Purchased a new lathe that arrived damaged. Seller says there is nothing they can do but have me return the product at my own cost, plus a restocking fee. Seller suggested I contact the manufacturer rather than deal with a customer complaint. Seller does not stand by the products they sell. Do not buy from this company, they don't care about their customers.
I highly recommend RD Billhofer. Mr Billhofer went above and beyond to help me, even driving to my house on a Saturday to make the delivery. On top of that, he brought a cartridge I had forgotten to purchase. I’m incredibly grateful for his exceptional customer service!
