didn't stand by your workmanship 100% , and shouldn't insult your customers when they have a concern
TLDR: Shady people, will never get my business again. I had initially gotten a quote to replace the suspension (front+back) on my Audi A4. I dropped the car off the night before, when I called at 1pm the next day they “..were just getting into it.” I received a call around 3:30 that same day stating that they had broken a part (steering knuckle) in the process of attempting the job.
