Upon arrival the staff is very helpful and you when needed. Thoughtful and caring. The Dr. Is always there with answers to questions that help you to understand what your body needs to be doing to get better.
My visit with Dr. Arnold was the best experience that I've had in a long time. Dr. Arnold's diabetic podiatry exam was extremely thorough and informative. He took the time to explain why he did what he did through out the entire exam and fielded all of my questions, not dismissing any. His staff that assisted him further answered any questions after the exam with the same care as Dr. Arnold.
Dr. Arnold is an excellent foot doctor! He listens, explains everything clearly, and provides effective treatment. The staff is friendly, the office is welcoming, and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend!
