Is there such thing as NO STAR review? Can not agree more with other Rude, unprofessional, poor accountability and follow through, and not knowledgable even though on YAHOO listed TRANE certified. Avoid this business at all costs.

These are really bad and rude...customer service is worst..Take it or leave it..They check my sump pump did something and worked...and then not working after 3 weeks...came and just moved the lid of pit and then started working...charged \$89s...79+10...for doing nothing...called them and they, you just pay now and then talk...Asked, shoudnt I call you next time...customer service said...No need to.... Please avoid RCs Plumbing If you can...If you no other choice, call them...But I suggest do not call these guys at all.
