Couldn’t find my storage at first but when I called the agent helped me tremendously
I just want to say how much I appreciate Lee this afternoon for helping me with my past due account. Not surprising to me at all that she was as kind as ever!
I believe her name was Tina and when I got to the location my assigned unit was already occupied so we had to call and get a new one we were finally able to get in the new one and get locks for it.
Myca has been tremendously helpful and understanding about what it is to be patient and polite to me even when my storage went up and I was rude she was still polite .thanks myca
