Paula handled my call about the repairs to gate and drainage problems as well as the additional storage space with professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service.
Edit: BEWARE THE CHEAP PRICES!!!! This storage facility lures people in with cheap prices, $30, and then on your 6th month they DOUBLE your rent without telling you! Their customer service phone number is based in India and I have never encountered an employee in person. I was assured over and over on the phone my rent would stay the same and then they do this.
