They doubled my rent in less then 6 months. The old owners used to be on site daily, now they only have a care taker that comes once in awile. There are more cameras, but they may or may not work. The old owners took great pride is rescuing old signs, and pieces of local history, the new ones don't seem to care about much, let alone keeping a safe place to store your stuff. Update.
