HORRIBLE. I didn’t even make it through the door to this place! Let me start off by saying I’ve never given a yelp review before and I’ve never reviewed a nail salon in my entire life I am the type of woman that even if she sees a hair or a bug in her food, she’ll remove it and not say anything to the waiter or waitress . Love the atmosphere and employees. Everyone’s so friendly. It’s clean and products are good quality. Hand and shoulder massage is icing on the cake.
Rena is the best and she does an amazing job everytime she’s also so sweet, the man inside here not sure what his name is, he’s so rude and nasty. He’d rather sit there and lie to you to make you pay extra and if you speak up he’ll stop everything to argue with you for 10 minutes instead of starting your appointment. He’s beyond unprofessional and he likes to talk nasty about you in his language in front of your face as well. It’s always a horrible experience because of him.
