I was stranded in Indiana with my truck and trailer after my transmission failed while traveling back to Ohio from Minnesota. R Complete Auto worked with me to try to get me back on the road by servicing the transmission first, but unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem. We then agreed to replace the transmission with a used unit. Excellent customer service at an astonishing low price. I had a check engine light that came on and I needed to have that corrected to pass inspection. Alex and crew got it in and out quickly and it passed inspection. Hats off to Alex, Jorge and the crew for an excellent and professional experience. Alex and the lead mechanic are both great guys. Thoughtful and responsive. They make sure you know what is going on with your vehicle and respect your maintenance approach, while offering their expert opinion. Great working with this shop.
Took in my 2016 Tucson for service I knew what the issue was and had my own part with me. They wanted to run a full diagnostic but I asked them to trust that I am certain this part is what's causing my issues and I just need it replaced. They agreed to swap out the part and my car is running great. Reasonable labor rates, curtuios and prompt service. I will be returning for any future service needs.
Highly recommend!!! Had my 2014 Mercedes CLA250 checked out and was really impressed with how thorough they were. They performed a pinpoint diagnostic, explained the problem clearly, and were honest the whole way through. If you’re looking for reliable Mercedes repair or auto diagnostics in Crown Point this is definitely a shop you can trust.
