Absolutely excellent experience. I was really in a tough spot with a last second repair and they took care of me immediately and even washed off the car. Highly highly recommend. 11/10
Don’t rent a U-Haul from here and forget something in it. Called them to tell them we forgot something and came to pick it up a few days later and they threw it away. No warning or anything. Just threw it away.
Had a warning light come on while driving to work. Called other shops and they could not get me in for two plus weeks. Called P&B and told them my issue. They told me to come right away to do a quick check to make sure the car was safe to drive. For that alone, I will give five stars. Thank you guys for the peace of mind.
I was traveling from Southern Illinois to Michigan and broke down south of Crown Point. They did an amazing job getting me back on the road the next day, securing a part from Ram that is literally on about a 400+ back order status…. I myself have been in the Automotive Repair business for 24 years. I highly recommend them. Two thumbs up!!!!
These guys are incredibly friendly, honest, nice and fair. I brought in three vehicles in a week, and they managed to get them all done quickly and for a good price. For the amount of work I needed done, I thought for sure it would be pricey, but it wasn't bad. And just today I managed to lock myself out of my truck, didnt know who to call, so I called P&B and within 15 minutes they were there and had my door open for me. It was like calling my friends for help. I highly recommend them.
