After making an appointment 2 weeks out I waiting in pain to see him on that day sadly I was never seen. I waited 1:45mins asking the incompetent desk if the doctor was even there I was told he was going to call me next what was I to do after waiting 2 weeks but wait…I grew frustrated an decided to cut my losses. Word of advice another doctor told me. Many doctors want to do good but they are only as good as the team they build. Dr. Dengenis was the on call Ortho at St Joseph’s the day after I fell. I had broken both of my ankles and one needed immediate surgery. Dr. Dengenis came to me in the pre-surgery area, explained the situation and what would be done. In addition to the plate that needed to be put on my ankle, a ligament had to be repaired as well.
