After several attempts to call today and discuss my complaint no one ever answered the phone. I have to say I was more than a little disappointed on my last scheduled appointment with R Car since I was charged about 30% over retail price for the 3 replaced belts and also charged 2.2 hours labor to replace those belts which really did not need to be changed. I asked around and found the belt change by a labor book it should have taken no more than 1.5 hours to change the belts which would have saved me around $100.00 in labor... read more

R CAR Automotive, It doesn't matter how new or how old your car is, Rick and his team are about the best most reliable and honest technicians I have dealt with in my 45 years of owning cars.
