Good place too live reasonably priced good maintenance.
This place is not the place to go with a family.. if u have no other option, just be careful. A lot of drug use. Property manager is shady. Walls are paper thin. No where for kids to play. Not even speed limit signs. My first week there we found used syringes out front. Cops there frequently. This place is the most shady of all low income properties imo. To be fair I make this review after parting ways owing a balance.
The maintenance person, Jeff, is a creeper. Goes into apartments when people are not there. He talks about the residence to others (like the plumbers and electricians) like they are trash. Talking about how "they are all on well fare and they should all get jobs". always talking down to the people that live there. Heidi (the on site manager (when she is there that is)), doesn't even care how he talks to people or treat them. She just lets him talk to them however he pleases.
