Shocked!! 15 + years of doing business with them and I never would have imagined this ending. I'll get right to the point....Called for the annual inspection, tech was here 15 minutes, bill was $475. Called to inquire about it and I was told that even though the bill says they did the testing, they couldn't because it was too cold but would return in the spring to do it. I asked to speak to the person in charge and never heard from them but did get an email with an updated invoice for about $200. Seemed weird no one called s... read more
