You can't make this stuff up. They ignore the tenants, the county and the state. We have an active AG investigation on them with a notice of violation that was overdue on Friday. We have been outright ignored by this company even when trying to pay our rent in person. The AG was unable to contact them either. In the history of bad ideas, doing business with RC Schwartz is the king of bad ideas. Ross Boatsman is the owner as far as I know. Beware of any business ran under that name.

First of they are not professional in the least. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. The house was filthy when we moved in. The basement stairs were nroken and falling away from the wall, the bathroom lavatory sink was falling away from the wall. There is a fireplace in the living room but the hearth was non existent and there was no barrier between the dirt and the living room. Some of the kitchen cupboards had doors missing. We only rented out of desperation.

Do not do business with these people. They force you to do a renewal lease or else they increase the rent. Spend time reading their reviews before you decide to go with this company.

We we're going to rent a place through this company, even though they weren't willing to work with the prorated amount of rent until the next month. Although it was tight to make it work, we did. When we looked at the place a week prior to getting the keys, it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned as the cupboards were filthy, the refrigerator & freezer were disgusting not to mention the fireplace upstairs and wood stove downstairs hadn't been touched!
