I didn't get a choice with this company as they were contracted through Costco. They called on a day I wasn't going to be home, so we rescheduled it for the next day. They told me they would call again to confirm the window; I never got that call and had to call them myself (which was fine). My husband stayed home. The driver parked his truck on the street (he could have backed into our driveway for better access) and came to the door to get my husband.
