I didn't get a choice with this company as they were contracted through Costco. They called on a day I wasn't going to be home, so we rescheduled it for the next day. They told me they would call again to confirm the window; I never got that call and had to call them myself (which was fine). My husband stayed home. The driver parked his truck on the street (he could have backed into our driveway for better access) and came to the door to get my husband. Driver was rude and didn't do his job. Left the pallet of product outside the front door of the business (blocking access to the building) and then sat in his truck while I unloaded the pallet, (clearly a part of his job as a delivery driver). Then just drove away leaving the pallet behind still blocking access to the business. When I called the company to let them know they left the pallet I was told they aren't supposed to remove debris. Absolute worst delivery experience I've had in my 16 years in this industry
