Not very happy with this company my ex fiancé and I had a 3 bedroom duplex on the northwest side it was really nice but extremely hot, my wall plugs in both bathrooms did not work. When I called to report it took the maintenance guy almost 2 weeks to go and “fix” the issue which it was never fixed the wall plugs worked for one day and then sparked they did not work again. Well if you have section 8 and on disability they will deny you the right to rent from them because they require you have employment even though your fucking disabled and can’t work. No matter how long you’ve been on disability or if you are always on time with your rent it doesn’t matter they won’t even go into your history because you don’t work. Oh, and they don’t have a reason neither so I recommend a big fat ZERO STARS.
