We were very disappointed with our experience with Bobby Caraway of RC Irrigation. Called in Bobby to review our system & make suggestions. Bobby recommended replacing 7 front yard mini sprinkler heads with higher flow heads. Quoted a $510 not to exceed price. When we said that the price seemed high he responded that if the job went smoothly the price would be reduced based on the actual time spent. DO NOT call RC Irrigation!!!! I called them to come over to service my lawn sprinkler system. The owner of the business, Robert Carraway, came by almost two hours after he said he would be here to give me a quote. He told me the amount and asked me to leave him a check and the garage door opener so he could come back and do the work a couple of days later. He said he would leave me an invoice when he was done.
