We have used RC off and on for a couple of years, their response to requests for service have at times been very delayed and quoted costs for repairs have been all over the board. Quality of work is average to below average. We had them snowplowing for us for a couple of years but as a repeat customer could not get get a confirming response from them this year only to be told today 12/12/24 we’re booked this year find someone else. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Been working with RC Harmon for 3 years. Their customer service is exceptional. No service organization is perfect but a testament to good customer service is to be proactive and respond quickly to customer requests. Reed in the field always is courteous, receptive and willing to please and Gen in the office is absolutely incredible. And their pricing is reasonable and competitive which is great too. Stop driving down route 5 like a looney and risking people's lives, This guy's company truck was weaving in and out of traffic putting people's life's in danger . This clown should have his license taken away and his business shut down.
