I would highly recommend R.C. Electric. Rob came out and did an excellent job explaining things during the walk through for bid. Lori in the office was very helpful with my questions. Doug did excellent work, nice, friendly, knowledgeable. Doug cleaned up any debris every day. Explained everything and asked questions to make sure everything was what I wanted and kept me updated daily. He even took in a couple of my Amazon pkgs off of the front porch one day. The first two times we needed help, they were great, but when I called this month, they failed to call me back. I gave them a second chance and called again 6 days later. It has been a total of 11 days and still no call back. Without an appointment time, it doesn’t matter how good they are when they get there.
Rc electric did an excellent job with the work they had done today very professional staff will be using this company more in the future I highly recommend them for their excellent work ethics
The lady on the phone from RC electric was very helpful with advice for my partial electric issues in my house, very helpful. Thanks Lori
