Wish I could give it less, don’t ever make a purchase with these people, the buying experience is great, but then they’re going to sell you a vehicle that has been absolutely ran through. And when you go back there to get it serviced because you will, they will treat you like the biggest idiot. The owner is extremely unprofessional and will hang up on you like he did me. I had an estimate about a problem I was having on my Ford Fusion Energi at a different Ford service garage who gave me a very expensive estimate and it was going to take 3 days. I decided to try Bliss Ford service and they fixed my problem for 1/4 of the cost of the other service department and had it done in an hour. I won’t take my vehicles any wear else!
Got my car serviced at RC Bliss and they did a great job!

Awful place never again will be going there. Went for an oil change and not only did they bust out the tail light but also dented the lift gate in the van. They replaced the taillight and then said they would fix the dent in the lift gate. Took the van back to get fixed and never got a call to pick it back up and when I called they had no idea what vehicle I was even talking about and said I had to wait to speak to someone else.
