Very honest people they have a very good tech there also
They sent me the information that I requested in a very timely manner.
Overall good dealership. Everyone was super responsive and easy to work with. My only issue was they didn’t disclose that it was an auctioned vehicle until papers were signed resulting in me waiting for the original title. I wish I would’ve known upfront right away as that would’ve wavered my decision a bit. As well as they wouldn’t even give a 30 day warranty. I requested their dealership inspection report on the car and they sent me a hand-filled out copy that was both inaccurate and misleading. They indicted that the vehicle had an "oil cap leak" and that it had been fixed. An independent inspection service report revealed a significant oil leak from the undercarriage, not from the replaced oil cap. They refused to address it or even have their service department diagnose it and instead cancelled my deposit. They said they were selling the car 'as is', but 'as is' does not mean ... read more
