Brought my vehicle here for pads because my brake went to the floor in my Chevy was told master cylinder has no fluid told me that my rear shoes which were drums were installed incorrectly. I paid them to rebuild the master cylinder and replace the front and rear brakes give them nearly $2000 and had a light come on in my truck having to deal with my brakes ABS light Called them ask him about it. Wonderful experience! Very accommodating and great customer service. My final price was less than the estimate, when the work started something didn’t end up needing to be replaced. I appreciated the honesty & transparency!
Disappointing that I drove out to this location after they told me to come around 9am just for them to tell me that they can’t help me because I had running birds on my truck and can’t lift up my truck. Wasted time.
So kind and helpful ! Called every shop in Livermore no one wanted to help me , called r&c and he told me to come by & fixed my bent rotor in less than 10 mins thank you so much again 🙏🏼
Super cool guy’s! Brayden and David were professional and friendly to me. I brought my highlander in for inspection and David showed me and explained what was necessary to fix. Matter of fact David and Brayden saved me big money because previous mechanic told me my timing cover was leaking and needed replacement. When actually it was lose and just needed tightened and the other place wanted to charge me $4k!!! Can you believe that!!!
