Bought a gift (24k Lucky Pendant) for my friend but unfortunately she doesn’t like it, my friend asked me if I can exchange it but I already lost my receipt. The guy in the store recognized me and without hesitation he exchange my item. Very friendly staff highly recommended!

WARNING: FAKE JEWELRY – BEWARE! I purchased what I was told was a JADE bracelet from this store for around $300. A couple of months later, the elastic cord broke. So, I returned to the store to ask if they could re-tie it. However, when I showed them the bracelet, they refused. I explained that I had bought it there and was willing to pay for the repair, but they kept insisting it wasn’t purchased from their store (which is absolutely untrue).
