Tyler Zong came to check on my A/C sound issues. Turned out to be an electrical issue with being over voltage. He replaced it promptly and had me up and running in no time. He was able to talk me through everything, ensuring I understood the issue and fix, provided recommendations , etc. 10/10 would call Rbuck again and specifically request Tyler!
