Through some plumbing issues I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Rbucks Sam and Hollis. Both gentlemen did a wonderful job with my issues. Both were very professional and courteous. I recommend Rbucks plumbing and heating for all of your needed home services.
We needed a full system replacement (AC and Furnace) and ended up getting 6 quotes from companies in my area. The range was around 12k to 22k, which seemed crazy. R Buck was able to give us a great estimate on a Friday and was able to install that Monday. The workers did arrive late, around 1030ish, when I was told 830-9. Not a huge deal, but I had to call to get an update so communication could've been better. The installation and inspections all went smooth. Currently no issues with the units! We're very pleased. 😊
We had Brad K come out and install a new light fixture in the kitchen as well as locate the electrical input for our garbage disposal that was hidden between the cabinets. He rerouted and replaced that illegal monstrosity so the new garbage disposal could be installed with a simple plug-in outlet with a combination switch panel. We will absolutely be requesting Brad specifically for all future electrical services and inspections.
