I was a Parkeys customer until they merged with R Bucks. After 2 poor experiences with R Bucks, I went elsewhere for maintenance service. Then I called R Bucks for a warranty issue. David came out, as scheduled, and replaced the part under warranty. He went above & beyond to ensure everything was working properly with the unit when he was done. I was left very satisfied with the level of customer service he provided. Thank you, David, for listening to what I had to say & addressing all my concerns.

Have had a new furnace and now a kitchen drain fix from R Buck. They communicate well, give good estimates and complete the work. mark was courteous and answered all my questions. Good Job!
