We had our a/c survived through R Buck from George and Tyler. We called on a Friday and George came out same day found the issue and replaced it. We found it wasn't working properly still so we call Friday night and had Tyler here Saturday morning. Found it was a simply wire mix up and it is working great now. Great response time. Great communication. Great company. Both guys were awesome to work with.
This was my first time using this company as a 17 year resident of Colorado Springs. To say I was impressed would be an understatement! Our technician was Tyler Z and he did a fantastic job explaining everything he needed to do. He was professional, courteous, and you can tell he is a master of his craft. They were quick to get me scheduled and also communicated an unanticipated opening early, so I was able to get my AC fixed sooner than expected. This is my new go to company for all things HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Tyler was respectful of my house and was very knowledgeable. He let me hover while he worked and told me everything he was doing and why. He let me ask questions and knew all the answers. We've started a membership and we won't go back to people who dont know anything. Service is incredible.
Initially had Tyler come out to check out the AC unit and after 20 years it was on its last leg. Quoted out a new system and we had a great experience with Kory and Ezra doing the removal of old units and install of the new with extras! Added a humidifier and upgraded our old system with a two stage which is a huge difference.
We had Michael out one day to install a smart thermostat and Brad and Karsten out the next day to install a light and fix some wiring issues. All were very professional, communicative, and helpful. Pricing is comparable to other electricians in the area, but they were able to come out much sooner than anyone else. Highly recommend. Thank you!
