This company came out same day when our air conditioning went off and even stayed well past 8:00 pm to try to keep it working through the night ( which it did) until they were able to come out next morning to fix it. Very grateful for this company for getting us back up and running and replacing our unit. Would recommend.

They sent a so-called tech to check out my heat pump , it stopped working so we had no ac, after he removed the panel inside and out and poked at it with a screw driver he said it needed $1500. Parts and labor to get it going that was last Thursday I called daily heating and cooling Friday morning a 8 am they showed up at noon they were out by 1:30 heat pump running great . No service from R. Brooks , I should get my $89. show up fee back

Five-star service on the Fourth of July! My A/C went down during a holiday and a heat wave, and R. Brooks came through. Josh was great, and I really appreciated the fast, first-class service!

Great experience with R Brooks Mechanical from start to finish. Brandon made the sales process easy and straightforward, and Jaime and Keenan did an excellent job with the installation, professional, efficient, and high quality. It’s rare to find fair pricing, great workmanship, and a fast install, but they delivered on all three. They were also incredibly kind to our animals, which meant a lot to us. Highly recommend!
