Kevin came out today and is a very nice service technician. He identified the issue with the oil/electric heating system and we are awaiting the estimat for the repair needed. I will update after more information is available. As of now I would recommend this company who may need guidance in choosing a company. On memorial day weekend decided to turn air conditioning on was disappointed when did not cool. R. Brooks sent a tech Alex Cososner , who was very professional and thorough in getting our a/c working. Very much appreciated.
