Just the best orthopedic!!
I went in with severe back pain at the end of the day. Instead of scheduling another appointment, Dr.Williams and his assistant Craig gave Me faucet injections in the office and although I can still feel some back pain, it feels 75% better! The rest of the staff are very friendly also! Dr. Williams also did emergency surgery on my arm with a steel plate and screws 10/30/20 and you really have to look to see the scar!

Doctor gets a 20/5, staff makes this rating. I've been hung up and put on hold without any questions answered and told to call my own insurance instead of having any sort of communication with them the day before my surgery. What happened to professionalism? Courtesy? I hope this review isn't reflected in my post surgical care but this isn't acceptable.
