R Bratti provided both wonderful product and top notch customer service. They were always prompt to respond to questions, follow up in a timely manner, and the instal crew was perfectly on time (and incredibly kind and thoughtful!). Their promptness almost became a running joke because we knew we could count on them arriving to our home when they said. Highly recommend R Bratti.

We are an interior design firm who has used R. Bratti as our primary supplier of stone and quartz composite since 1989. They have amazing skill given the upgraded technology in their shop. Their follow through and customer service is excellent in my experience compared with many stone suppliers through various builders I have dealt with over the years. Their design team and project managers are professionally competent. Their installers are always polite and accommodating to make sure our clients are fully satisfied.

Our kitchen contractor recommended R. Bratti & Associates to us. Having no expectations, I popped in unannounced. The staff were very welcoming. They brought me back to their customer samples area and allowed me to look through hundreds of samples. There were many different varieties of countertop-marble, quartz, and granite.
