Appointment time was 10:15 and check in time was 10:00. Checked in and was called back within 5 minutes. Dr Burris was both professional and personable. He listened to my concerns and quickly gave me the shot I needed. I was back in the lobby heading to my car by 10:15, my original appointment time. I was very satisfied with my visit and would hIghly recommend Pinnacle Orthopedics and Dr. Burris.
