Horrible experience with the commercial loan department of this bank. For two years I was told by Travis that they could work with me on my project. I was completely open and honest with him. Sent him a financial statement, my tax returns, etc. Kept him informed of my project. Constantly asked him, "we're good right, numbers check out?" Answer was constantly yes. I can not believe the 20th Century mentality of this bank. I went to open an account and was told that there would be a 9 business day hold on my funds. That's 2 weeks before I can spend a dime of MY money.

I walked into RBank to get a 50K CD and was asked to wait until a current customer stepped in front of me for service. I sat there for 30 minutes watching the entire staff laugh and talk about unrelated events while I sat. At the end of 30 minutes, I got up, walked to the door and left.... no one seemed to even notice me. I went to another bank and purchased a CD there in about 10 minutes.
