This was truly at great experience. Koli was so kind fixed my issue quickly. The communication was awesome I was aware of when he was on route and when he got here. He also told me som great advice and did not try to sell me on anything. My issue was my heat didn't work come to find out i was missing a cord. Koli made waited to make sure my heat actually worked before leaving. He was also very respectful to my home. They came same day. I received a phone call letting me know he would be slightly behind. Appreciate that phone call. SOKOL was amazing. He explained everything to me. Was very nice and thorough. Im now set up on a yearly maintenance plan and very very satisfied. After years of this furnace im happy to have a maintenance plan. Thank you so much
