Very honest, professional and kind service from the first time I contacted them until they completed the job. Answered all of my questions in a way that I understood. I would highly recommend R & B Cooling and they will continue to service my A/C system.
Very bad experience. Damaged property and only fixed half of what they damaged. Never fixed the AC. Brock told me if I changed the duct work my AC would work perfectly. He changed it and it still wasn’t cooling. After several times at my house, they could never fix it. I finally called a reputable company and they fixed the problem immediately. I have never had a bad experience like this ever.
Great service came after normal hours to get me running.
