Dr Secaira has been my Cardiologist for 12 years now and had been nothing but the best. He calm bedside manor and the time he has taken to discuss concerns I have had over the years has been very encouraging.
Very kibd, knowledgeable and thorough. The doctor took the time to explain everything he did, expected results and prognosis.
This Dr placed a Stent in my heart which I appreciated. However after the procedure he decided to attack me with some very unprofessional comments. I don't know why I guess to look like a bog man in front of the rest of the care team. I was upset and told by several people on his team that was a completely unprofessional comment. Avoid him and his terrible bedside manner.
Blaming the patient is not good practice. Having a rude and incompetent staff(Vicky) is poor professionalism. Whether a person wants to leave a message as a Px or other is irrelevant. People have clearly complained about the staff for some time and there has been no change. Clearly doc, you're okay with the behavior. You are dually culpable. I suffered a massive heart attack and he did 2 stints and a balloon into the 3 blocked heart veins quickly and was amazingly thorough and answered every question I had and more I didnt know. He spoke in layman's terms thus making my experience with my very 1st heart scare, less scary.
