Very professional and straightforward. I especially Flight carrie’s Call yesterday when she told me it wasn’t cancer. That’s the best news I’ve had in months I want to thank you for your time in trouble and it’s been a pleasure coming to you as a doctor.
On our first meeting I knew Dr Gaines was not only listening but he was hearing, hearing what I said, hearing my concerns, and hearing the unasked questions. I feel safe in his care.
I have had a lot of surgeries in my life but the surgery Dr Gaines did to remove half my thyroid that was too complicated for another surgeon was so easy. Almost painless. Would highly recommend.
