We have been in our R&W home for about 2.5 years now and the poor quality of materials is becoming more and more obvious, as is their poor customer service. We were told when we toured the house for final approval that paint would be fixed at the 1 year warranty check, when we called and asked for paint touch ups we were told that paint is not part of the warranty. We bought one of three homes along a new road within a subdivision and could not be happier with the layout and the service provided by Ben, our project manager. Any issues we've had or any questions in finding out materials used on our home or neighbors, he's been quick to respond. So far the house has been everything we wanted from our previous home and we hope to be able to enjoy for the next few decades.
So this is the second house RW Builders have built for us. And the way they go above a beyond from start to finish, its amazing they are always looking out for your best interest and getting you the best Job with great quality and workmanship. They have been around for a while and they know the in's and out's to get the best product to the customers Thank You to All the staff behind the scenes along with the staff I worked with threw out the process Thanks again Mark,Bill,Kevin,Garry,Shanti and all the Sub's Great Job!!!
Mark Wurn and Bill Roersma and their incredible design team and build crew were beyond amazing. This is the third house I've built and was the best build experience I've ever had. The attention to detail is impeccable. My wife and I could not be happier. I recommend R&W if you want a quality built house with total attention to detail.
