There are really not enough ways to describe or explain how Kind, Gentle, and Caring Vic was when R and R Transit Sevice was used to carry my Family Member to A Medical Appt. Very prompt and efficient as well. I could go on and on. Give Them a Call You will Not find A Better MedicalTransport Service.

I needed long distance (Miami to Tallahassee) transport for a client’s sister. Nick was so pleasant and came recommend from a local rehab facility. He was willing to take the long journey to Miami to pick up the client’s sister and drive back to Tallahassee. He brought a partner with him to keep the person company and make sure they were comfortable. He kept in regular communication and called when there was an issue. Fantastic company. Nick, Vic, Dylan and crew are courteous and professional. Always on time, comfortable transport. They made it very easy for me as I transitioned after a hospitalization to get to key appointments. Highly recommend if you are in need of medical transport.

We had to get our loved one up a flight of stairs, which required THREE difficult transfers, and two tight corners, and it has always been a difficult and hectic experience in the past. NOT SO with these guys, they didn't complain about the stairs or the turns and they had him securely and safely in the bed in less than FIVE MINUTES! If they had a hundred stars available, i would give them ALL the stars!! Thank you SO much!!
