DEWALT misinformed me saying to reach out to Rick regarding my electrical chainsaw warranty. Come to find out, Rick doesn't handle these issues. On Rick's way home from SURGERY he received my voicemail, called me back, and let me know this information. When I told him he didn't need to call me back this soon because he just got out of surgery!! I was there 3 years ago when my father purchased a zero turn mower. At the time of purchase, they told me and my father that while in service there, if it took a week they would give him a loner until his mower was returned. Early April, he had them take it in to be serviced.. the arm was messed up, and needed general servicing. It is now, July 2nd. No mower, no replacement in-between, sitting on a $1400.00 plus bill. Excuses galore! Here is the kicker... my parents pay $120.00 a week to have their lawn done. This has been s... read more

My husband Tony Goins Rents equipment from there and the customer service is phenomenal. I also helped him with small engine parts for a very reasonable price
