I was there 3 years ago when my father purchased a zero turn mower. At the time of purchase, they told me and my father that while in service there, if it took a week they would give him a loner until his mower was returned. Early April, he had them take it in to be serviced.. the arm was messed up, and needed general servicing. It is now, July 2nd. No mower, no replacement in-between, sitting on a $1400.00 plus bill. My husband Tony Goins Rents equipment from there and the customer service is phenomenal. I also helped him with small engine parts for a very reasonable price
