If you want the true value of your real estate do not hire this company, especially the appraiser Dan Farley. Dan admits to using unconventional methods when appraising properties, such as ignoring comparable price per square foot. Dan and this company will not work with you if you provide ample supporting evidence that proves their appraisal to be inaccurate. Dan is too narcissistic and prideful to admit inaccuracies and won't work with you. I would give this company and Dan Farley 0/5 stars if I could.
Not super impressed. Yeah they called to set an appointment- 8:00 pm on a holiday. Never showed. If they did, it wasn’t when they said they were going to be there.
Great service done in a timely comprehensive manner. I highly recommend this company if you require a professional appraisal done.
Never hire them. The inspectors break into your property, never set appointments and then their supervisor or whoever John is laughs and allows their inspectors to do this illegal activity. I've never encountered a business so unprofessional in my 10 years of real estate.
