Our hot water heater was leaking on the Sunday before Christmas We called the 24 hour service and they called us back twice the same day and set up an appointment to change the hot water heater on Monday Everyone was very polite and very professional job We recommend them to anyone
We used RA Moser to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and install a new zoning system last fall. The team at Moser did a great job and we highly recommend them to anyone in our area. They were very professional and came out several times to ensure we were comfortable with their plan before we decided. Our furnace went out on Christmas eve evening. We have an 85 year old hospice patient in the home. Due to the holiday we couldn't find a service person answering their phone. So we waited until the 26th. By then, sub zero temperatures, our pipes and drains froze. When we called about service they were more concerned with collecting holiday pay then whether a member of their community needed service.
