I had an unfortunate encounter with a dead animal on the freeway and ended up with a flat tire that couldn't be repaired with my car's kit. It was Saturday evening, and my emergency roadside service would only tow my car to a repair shop where I would have to wait until Monday for a repair. Roberto came over, replaced the tire, and sent me on my way. His gentle, reassuring style made me feel at ease, and I could tell he knew what he was doing and doing it well.
