Lady who picks up is nice but the guy will never call you back ...I've been trying to get them to come out because I heard amazing things but I've called multiple times and always "oh he will get back to you". I have something that NEEDS to be done and I already have all the money and they have wasted my time because in that time I could have called other contractors. I was willing to wait a bit because they do quality work but I can't keep waiting.
We called Haitz for roof leak and they responded immediately. We reached out to Mike because we knew the roof needed replacement soon anyways. We could not be more impressed or happy with the roof replacement they just completed! Lydia, Javier and their crew arrived exactly when they said and let me be clear- they are thorough and efficient beyond expectations. Having them come out to make a small repair on my roof. I have used them in the past and they always treat me well. They are competitively priced and their craftsmanship is up to my standards. In the greater Genesee Orleans area they are the only ones I call when I have anything to be repaired on my roof.
