I’m trying to move last minute and into something available ASAP and the manager or owner seemed willing to help and got me a showing the next day. Well I showed up to the showing and no one was there. We called and emailed and still have yet to get a response. We even went to the leasing office and no one was the because it’s appointment only. Would Love to say from my heart I've seen Kelly Young do so much for the city of O'fallon Illinois! The last five years I've seen so many properties Kelly Young/Family/RealStar has rehabilitated in the of O'fallon that she is a women who cares about property values and the cities in surrounding areas. Kelly and her staff treat all properties as if they were their own. I have seen her as a professional and also as laborer. We just want to thank her for all of her hard work.

When we moved in the place was unclean and there were holes, it looked like they just did a quick move in. We had many issues with the upstairs hall bathroom. I had some issues with this company and found Christie off putting but Kelly was quick to respond and make this better. Things have been getting fixed and looking better. Highly recommend Kelly she really cares about the tenants!
