wanted to install some additional cabinets to match my existing kitchen, Steve with QWR came out to measure the area, seemed liked he knew what he was talking about...WRONG!! too busy thinking he was the subject matter expert and recommended the wrong size cabinets, missed multiple trim and molding pieces and now I have to figure out how to fix this. All done through Cabinets to go....BUYER BEWARE!! RTA cabinets with high end custom cabinet pricing, every little detail is extra on top of overpriced cabinets!!
I have had a great experience with QWR. Their management and customer service is awesome, so are the people on the field. I would highly recommend their services to any who needs help with designing and installing the kitchen cabinets or kitchen renovation in general.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We worked with Cabinets to Go for our kitchen cabinets and they use QWR to come and install. Initially, the cabinet installation went great, the guy they sent was very tidy and precise with installation. The problems didn't start until a few months after installation. The slow close garbage can unit wasn't closing properly so we went on to contact QWR for MONTHS.. emails, calls, etc. to try and get them to come look at our trash bin unit. QWR just recently installed my new kitchen and the crew of installers could not have been more polite and professional. The kitchen looks great and added a tremendous amount of value to the interior of my home. The office staff was responsive and extremely helpful, especially following up after the installation. I would highly recommend QWR to anyone looking to redo their kitchen
