A decent Internet provider. I haven't had any issues with billing and only occasionally have hiccups with service. However, any time there's a big outage (Hours at a time) there can be some problems. All in all good service and friendly staff.
Excellent Customer Service!
I could not say enough great things about this company. I called in on a Sunday, of course no one was in, the nice lady on the phone stated that someone would be reaching out to me regarding my issue. Not even 5 minutes later on a Sunday, they called me back! We went over what the issues could be and blah blah blah! Today Monday I dropped off my router to them at their office, about 2. By 5 the same day my router was set up and was ready for pick up!!! Say what really??? Best customer service, I will be letting everyone know... read more
