Qwk.net in my opinion is a really excellent service provider. When you call them you get a person on the line immediately and they address your question. I have had them as a provider since fiber was first put in. Any problems or questions were resolved promptly. I highly recommend them. They are a local company I might add.
Super experience
Beware, if I could give 0 stars I would. Slow internet, random outages, would not work with me to change my billing cycle in the past, and today they shut me off for being 1 day late and Mike, the IT guy was very dismissive on the phone and told me I was probably a month past due. Mike had no interest in helping me getting my internet back on even though I said I had proof of past payments. I’ve emailed the proof to IT support, called twice, still no response and my child cannot use her Chrome book to finish homework tonight... read more
A decent Internet provider. I haven't had any issues with billing and only occasionally have hiccups with service. However, any time there's a big outage (Hours at a time) there can be some problems. All in all good service and friendly staff.
