Very nice employees and very helpful. Office very clean.
They deserve 0 stars. Terrible customer service. They refuse to provide the services I've had at other UPS locations. They gave me a difficult return. When my salesperson specifically told me to just show the QR code and UPS would take care of the rest, they refused to scan the code. They waste your time just because someone doesn't want to do their job. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor, but they're not.

If I could give a 0 star I would, I decided to take a package here for drop off instead of going to an actual ups store, it was a very rare baseball bat. They lost the bat and blamed it on ups saying the driver never scanned package in, then said the cameras in the building weren’t working that day, so not trust this place with your packages, ups won’t give me a claim because in there eyes I never dropped package off.
