I will definitely be calling Qwik Dry again. He was nice with my pup, kind, and knowledgeable on the products and procedures also, was able to awnser any question I had. What I loved was how happy he was, by the job he did. He left knowing he did a good service, and I agree. Having a pet comes with the fun of carpet cleaning, and I ABSOLUTELY will be a returning customer!:) My carpets look brand new:)
He was on time and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and extra attentive to some pet stains. Reasonable price too. Recommend them. Better than renting a unit and doing it yourself.

Never showed up when they said they would!! Even confirmed your appointment with u a day before!! Then u call wondering where they are and give u excuse about a new app they are using!! So it was a mistake that they can’t come!! Then wants 2 reschedule after u tell them u can’t that u have 2 be out of that place by Monday!! Will never do business with them!! Not happy at all! Update!! The guy showed up and did a excellent job!! They said they was sorry and made it right!!
