Chris did an amazing job. I got a new puppy last year and she had a few accidents on the carpet. All the smells and stains are gone and it dried fast! Some of the best customer service I have experienced.

What stood out to me was his willingness to arrange his schedule the best he could but also didn’t make false promises.
