I will not come back ever!! The staff are rude, they have to learn how to greet and service someone. Specially that lady who has scarf. Bad manner.

Very bad customer service!! Lady who has scarf, was the rudest person. I will never go to this Auspost again!! And The supervisor didn’t help at all!!

They say to collect parcel from 8.30 am but they closed even at 8.40 am🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Avoid at all cost. No wonder, I wasn't the only one that give worst review. All the female staffs that work today 15/8 are stupid, gaslighting, manipulative & rude, only the male staff that being helpful. They won't even listen to the problem nor even try to find any solution rather than being manipulative & make up a story and even dare to make an serious stupid accusation to customer, you're just lucky I don't sue you for slander. The lady didn't let me collect my parcel because my office address on the parcel didn't match my address on my license. I never had this problem before as I always able to collect my parcels before in the past and the name match. I called up Auspost and they said if the name match, I should be able to collect it. My friend who is a student from overseas said the address on her passport(overseas address) doesn't match the address here in Sydney (obviously) and she is always able to collect her parcel.
