First time here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The service was sloppy and overpriced. I had to dust off the chair myself because it was covered in white particles. After leaving and checking my nails in my car, I noticed bubbles on several nails, likely caused by nail dust that had not been properly removed. Rather than addressing the issue, both technicians insisted that my nails were to blame. I get my nails done every three weeks at another salon and have never experienced this problem. Today was my first time trying out QV Nails everyone was very friendly and had great customer service was greeted as soon as I walked in. Mimi did such a great job on my nails. I highly recommend you come and try them out.
I came into get a pedicure with my mom and aunt. The ladies working here are very kind and attentive! They gave us drinks such as Vietnamese coffee (very delicious!) and hot tea. They did extremely well and I plan on coming back when I have the chance. I highly recommend this place to others who want to relax or get their nails done!
Today I came in with my sister and my beautiful niece. We googled a place and this place has 4.7 s. My I was placed with Nancy and she did NOT hurt me! My niece was placed with Linda and my sister with Lynn and they both to very good care of them. We will be back when we have a day off all together again. Thank you ladies
