I made my appointment through a link from a "reminder" email. I saw Dr. Ta a couple years ago (my first eye exam as an adult) and really liked her. I thought I was making an appointment with her since her name was on the appointment screen. I showed up at the Lenscrafters store where I last saw Dr. Ta. I was rather curtly told that I needed to go to Macy's. Huh? I saw Dr. Watson at the Macy's location. She was very nice and did a good job. I just felt misled and pushed off to the "other" location. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Ta exam my eyes recently, and what an experience!!! She was very knowledgeable and caring. She took time out of the exam to answer all of the questions I had pertaining to the health of my eye, along with good tips for day to day care. Her facilities were clean and the staff is top notch. I will be recommending Dr. Ta to all of my friends!
