I had a 2 p.m. appointment and sat outside they never came to the office no one was there. I tried to call starting at about 11:30 a.m. and the phone was busy it's still busy and it's 3 o'clock. I don't know what their problem is or why they couldn't have left a note or call me but none of that was done. Never going back! Now it's Wednesday the following day. I've lived in the area now for 27years, and never had good luck with dentist until now. She truly cares if you're scared, or are in pain. Her prices are the best!!! And the personal care you get is like no other. I use to hate going to the dentist. My husband would always have to go with me because of my fear. Now I go by myself and actually look forward to seeing Dr. Tran. I couldn't be happier.
