I was referred to Dr. Hammouri's office three months ago and was given the runaround before being dropped altogether. First, he was reluctant to take my case. Then he claims he didn't have enough information on my case—even though the information is stored in the NYU system (he's an NYU doctor), so he cancelled the first appointment a day before the actual date, because he said I needed a 40-minute appointment instead of a 20-minute one.
